Why subscription boxes?
Subscription boxes offer a delightful way for girls to pause whatever’s going on to immerse themselves in an experience — unboxing, discovering encouraging products + content, and beginning to personally engage with their faith in a new way.
We know every girl is on her own journey to discover who she is. Our mission for Light Speaks Loudest is to meet girls where they're at to help them develop the knowledge, empathy and confidence they need to live out their faith in Jesus.
Plus, what girl doesn't love getting some happy mail?!
What comes in a box?
Our subscription boxes are intentionally designed to help teen Christian girls better love themselves, others + God. Each season's box has a unique theme and includes at least one item from a teen-owned business. :)
A typical season's membership includes:
5-7 physical products — like journals, books, accessories, snacks, stickers, etc.
digital access to the members' site — where she can find resources like ebook guides, printable studies, etc.
thematic experiences from our partners — like virtual workshops or a content series
Key partnerships with pastors, mental health specialists, authors, educators, artists, instructors and more offer opportunities for girls to hear from experts who care deeply about their holistic health + growth.
How does the subscription work?
We create quarterly subscription boxes, which ship 4x per year: January, April, July and October.
Here's what our ordering schedule looks like (unless we sell out sooner!):
- Winter Box: Orders placed Sept. 29-Dec. 28 ship first week of January
- Spring Box: Orders placed Dec. 29-March 28 ship first week of April
- Summer Box: Orders placed March 29-June 28 ship first week of July
- Fall Box: Orders placed June 29-Sept. 28 ship first week of October
How much does a subscription cost?
Our Seasonal Subscriptions are $59.99/quarter, and automatically renew every 3 months.
Our Annual Subscriptions are $219.99/year ($55/box), and automatically renew every 12 months.
Pssst! If you've got a group of girls wanting to subscribe together, you can enjoy our best value ($30 off!) when you order a bundle of 6 boxes through our Small Group Seasonal Subscription.
What if I try it and don’t like it?
We’re a young company and always open to feedback! If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. Should you need to cancel your subscription, you can do this through your account login (created during checkout process).
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our business, we’re unable to offer refunds.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! Make sure you choose “gift for someone else” in the shop, so we can gather the lucky gal’s info during the checkout process and ensure smooth delivery.
Can I buy multiple subscriptions in one checkout?
Yes! Check out our Annual Subscription and Small Group Seasonal Subscription options.
Current Members
I just signed up! When will my box arrive?
Yay, so exciting! We currently ship boxes 4x/year, so all members receive their boxes around the same time:
- Winter Box: First week of January (orders placed Sept. 29-Dec. 28)
- Spring Box: First week of April (orders placed Dec. 29-March 28)
- Summer Box: First week of July (Orders placed March 29-June 28)
- Fall Box: First week of October (Orders placed June 29-Sept. 28)
How do I change my shipping address?
- If you have a one-time shipping address change (e.g. you're out of town for vacation), please contact us no later than the 15th of the month prior to shipment:
- Spring Box: March 15
- Summer Box: June 15
- Fall Box: Sept. 15
- Winter Box: Dec. 15
- If you have a permanent shipping address change, our web platform is sadly limited in this area. You'll need to cancel your current subscription and then create a new subscription with the new address.
I lost my login code to the members' site. Can you help?
Of course! Just reach out and we'll make sure you're all set.
What if I have an issue with my order?
